• Service providers: AWS (Amazon Web Services) for secure data storage and authentication. These providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption through AWS. Identity and contract data is stored in AWS us-east-1 (Virginia). Biometric authentication is handled locally on your device using Android's secure biometric APIs and is never transmitted.

6. Data Retention

We retain your profile data for as long as your account is active. Contract data is retained permanently as a legal record. You may request deletion of your profile data at any time; however, we are required to retain contract records for legal compliance purposes.

• Access: You may request a copy of your personal data at any time.
• Correction: You may correct inaccurate data through your profile settings.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated profile data. Contract records may be retained as required by law.

IMPORTANT: iConsent is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Contracts created on iConsent are not reviewed or validated by attorneys. The legal enforceability of any agreement depends on the laws of your jurisdiction and the specific terms of the agreement. 4. User Accounts and Identity

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an iConsent account.
• You must provide accurate identity information. Providing false identity information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

iConsent stores signed contracts as permanent records. These records may be used as evidence of agreement. You acknowledge that contracts signed on iConsent may be presented in legal or administrative proceedings.

8. Mediator Services

Mediators on the iConsent platform are independent service providers. iConsent does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the services of any mediator. Any disputes between users and mediators must be resolved between those parties directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

iConsent shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to disputes arising from contracts signed on the platform, the unenforceability of any agreement, or the actions of other users. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iConsent, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
